Movable ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Viktor Engborg, a sole proprietorship based in California, USA. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Movable mobile application ("App") and the website at getmovable.app ("Website"), collectively the "Service."
We built Movable with privacy in mind. We collect only what we need to personalize your stretching experience, and we never sell your data or use third-party ad tracking.
When you create an account using Sign in with Apple, we receive:

Your profile preferences, streak data, and routine history are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data stays on your device and is accessible only by the App.
If you sign in with an account, your profile preferences and streak data are synced to our cloud database hosted on Supabase, a secure, open-source backend platform. Supabase stores data in managed PostgreSQL databases with:
Cloud sync allows you to restore your data if you switch devices or reinstall the App.
We use your information for the following purposes:

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not engage in cross-app tracking.
Movable subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive, process, or store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details.
We receive a record of your subscription status (active, expired, or in trial) from Apple's StoreKit framework so the App can unlock premium features. This does not include financial details.
We use a limited number of third-party services, chosen specifically for their privacy practices:

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any ad-tracking services.
You can delete your account at any time from within the App by going to Settings and selecting "Delete Account." When you delete your account:
We retain your data on our servers only for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we remove your data from active systems promptly. Residual copies in encrypted backups may persist for up to 30 days before being automatically purged.
Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (which cannot be linked back to you) may be retained indefinitely to help us improve the Service.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Movable is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@getmovable.app.

Our cloud infrastructure (Supabase) may store data in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the updated policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
