Welcome to Movable. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Movable mobile application ("App") and the website at getmovable.app ("Website"), collectively referred to as the "Service." The Service is operated by Movable, operated by Viktor Engborg ("Movable," "we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship based in California, USA.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. The App is designed for adults, with a focus on adults aged 50 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We do not store your Apple ID password. Authentication is handled entirely by Apple's identity service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a single Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
Subscriptions are purchased and managed entirely through Apple's App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system (StoreKit). All billing, payment processing, and refunds are handled by Apple according to their terms and policies. We do not collect, process, or store your payment information.
To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your Apple device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining portion of a billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price change will take effect for your next billing cycle after notice is provided, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.
All content in the Service — including but not limited to exercise routines, instructional videos, avatar illustrations, animations, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Movable or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The exercise instruction videos in Movable feature AI-generated avatar characters. These characters are fictional and are not real people.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content in the Service without our prior written permission.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Service provides general wellness and stretching content for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
You should consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations. You use the Service and perform any exercises entirely at your own risk.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Movable, operated by Viktor Engborg, and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Movable, operated by Viktor Engborg, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature within the App. Deleting your account will remove your profile data from our servers. Locally stored data on your device will remain until you uninstall the App.
Sections regarding Content Ownership, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law shall survive termination of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Movable regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or communications between you and Movable regarding the Service.
